Endeavour Silver Corp. (NYSE:EXK) has expanded the footprint of its Terronera Project in Jalisco State, Mexico, to 20,128 hectares with the acquisition of two adjacent groups of mineral concessions, La Sanguijuela and Cerro Gordo. The company’s CEO, Bradford Cooke, said:

 

“These two acquisitions not only expand our property footprint at Terronera, they add multiple new mineralized vein structures with strong resource potential where we can add value through the drill bit. We look forward to increasing our drill budget next year to advance our sizable resource base in this district scale, high-grade, low sulfidation epithermal vein system.”

 

Bluestone Resources Inc. (TSXV:BSR) has reported additional high grade drill assays received from the ongoing drill program in the South Zone of the Cerro Blanco gold project. This includes the highest-ever gold assay in the project’s history, 1,380 g/t Au over 1.2 meters. Bluestone’s CEO, Jack Lundin, said:

 

"These record high-grade gold assays are truly impressive. The fact that we have received the two best-ever intercepts in the Project's history within weeks of each other perhaps reflects the team's increased understanding of the deposit which is guiding our drill targeting. What is also equally encouraging is that we continue to find new veins like those intersected in all but one of the five holes, offering additional potential for the future expansion of the resource."

 

African Gold Group, Inc. (TSXV:AGG) has revealed updated results from its Phase 4 in-fill drilling campaign, indicating “extensions of the oxide orebody at depth, far deeper than expected with numerous high-grade gold intersections.” Andy Rompel, Vice President Exploration of African Gold Group, said:

 

“I am very pleased to report that these drill results have exceeded our expectations and the saprolite zone of the oxidised resource is larger than anticipated. We have drilled soft mineralised lithologies at unexpected depth and can push the boundary between soft and hard rock further down. This will consequently add volume to our already known resource. We will continue to pursue this occurrence further northwards where we intend to confirm the mineralisation along the Kobada shear and its northern extension. We see great potential along this and our neighbouring shear zone along the Gosso target, which has only recently been proven auriferous on surface as well as at depth.”

Ethos Gold Corp. (TSXV:ECC) has entered into two earn-in agreements under which it may earn a 100 percent interest in the 1475 hectare Deep Cove claim group and 1875 hectare Virgin Arm claim group on New World Island, in Newfoundland, Canada. Rob Carpenter, Chief Technical Advisor to Ethos, explained:

 

"It is rare to find a project area of this size with this number of high grade gold showings that has received this little work to date. Historic work has been limited and sporadic but has nonetheless delivered very encouraging results, and the project is wide open to a new effort to understand the controls of gold mineralization and to look for economic concentrations of near surface gold. We are currently compiling and interpreting all available historic data look forward to kicking off a significant program on the ground in the spring of 2021, with the intention of developing drill targets."
