(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Ventures Exchange has approved the second and final tranche of its private placement financing previously announced April 4th, 2011. In this round of financing, the Company raised $68,000 through the sale of 850,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.08 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant, each full warrant being exercisable at a price of $0.12 for a period of twenty-four months after the closing date. The securities have now been issued, having a hold period expiring October 29th, 2011.

Altogether, the Company raised a total of $300,000 through the sale of 3,750,000 Units. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital purposes.
